Instructions

Avoid misuse of the product in ways other than its intended purpose
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product in ways other than its intended purpose. Avoid driving while wearing these shoes.

Take extra care when wearing on wet or slippery surface
Wet or frozen surfaces, manholes and tiled floors could cause a fall.

Ensure laces are loosened appropriately when putting shoes on and taking them off
Ensure laces are loosened appropriately when putting shoes on and taking them off, as forcing the shoes on/off without doing so could damage the sole or upper part of the shoes. If laces become loose during wear, tighten them immediately. Loose laces could cause accidents or injury.

Do not step on the heels of the shoes
Take care not to step on the heels of the shoes as this could damage the shape-retaining material inside, which could cause blisters or serious injury.

General wear and tear
Material used in the product will age over time. There is no expiration date as the level of wear will depend on the frequency of use and other conditions. Storing the shoes in a hot, humid environment for long periods of time will be particularly damaging as this could damage the soles and fibre and lead to serious accidents or injury. Always check the shoes thoroughly and avoid wearing if you note any signs of damage.

Avoid oil contamination
This makes the shoes prone to slippage and could cause serious accidents. It could also cause discolouration and damage.

Discolouration
The colour of this product may transfer to other objects, particularly when wet or due to friction. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight could also cause discolouration.

Keep away from heat and flame
This could cause deformation, discolouration and odour, and may lead to invisible internal damage. Avoid using a dryer or a stove when wet.

Caring instructions

Drying
Should your product get wet, please remove any residual water immediately with a dry towel, pack loosely with white paper or cloth and allow it to dry naturally in an airy environment away from direct sunlight.

Washing
Remove the laces and handwash using neutral detergent. Rinse thoroughly to avoid soap residue. Do not leave the product in detergent to soak.

Artificial leather/natural fibre/synthetic fibre
Clean any dust and dirt with a damp cloth or soft brush and allow it to dry naturally in an airy environment away from direct sunlight.

Natural leather
Avoid cleaning with water. Remove any dust and dirt with a dry brush, then gently apply special leather cleaner with a soft, dry cloth. Massage in some leather cream evenly and polish with a dry cloth.

Nubuck/suede/buckskin
Brush gently with a suede brush to remove dirt. Allow it to dry naturally in an airy environment away from direct sunlight, then brush again to finish. Take care not to brush too vigorously as this could damage the suede and cause discolouration.
