Price
We may be a small brand but we are committed to 100% original design. All our products are developed after years of trial and error in our factories. We do not mass-produce like some of the larger brands, but we manage to keep our prices low and strive to make our products available to as many customers as possible by cutting the middle margin and having a “direct to customer” approach. The prices displayed include tax.

Shipping
CLEMENS products are delivered worldwide according to the terms of Fedex. Please see Fedex JP's terms of use including delivery time. There is a set delivery charge for international shipping.

Fixed cost
We do charge a fixed cost includes tax, duties and shipping fee for each delivery area.

Purchase from China
Those who want to place multiple orders at the same time from China, which exceeds more than 2000 CHN, are prohibited by Chinese government. Hence, if you could purchase a pair per every order it would be much appreciated.

Payment
We accept credit card payments. This is calculated using the exchange rate at the time of the purchase.

Returns
Items may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt. We are not able to accept any form of refund unless in exceptional circumstances. We will, however, refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it is defective, damaged or incorrect.If an item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it with a new or equivalent item subject to stock availability. Please inform us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. Please note that we will not be able to offer an exchange if you inform us after 7 days of receipt.
